Orphée Haddad is a lawyer at the Paris Bar Association.
A graduate of the Sorbonne Law School in private international and international trade law, his experience includes consultation, litigation in French law and international arbitration, which he also studied at the London School of Economics.
Orphée practises business law and litigation. He works in civil, commercial and criminal courts as well as arbitral tribunals and in mediation.
He assists his clients on a daily basis, advising them on legal leverage in terms of their growth, particularly in contractual negotiations and business mergers and acquisitions.
Orphée’s work has a strong international focus, notably in the OHADA area (West and Central Africa), the Near and Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and more generally in the Mediterranean Basin.
His experience covers disputes arising from international trade or involving public or parastatal entities, international debt collection, securing international contracts, enforcing foreign judgements, and complex or multi-party court or arbitral proceedings.
Having received his education in Beirut, Paris and London, Orphée works in French, English, Italian and Arabic.
